This story came from my father with my thoughts about hometown. Camera is my father’s synonymous. He is a photographer workaholic and so caring of his camera that even my mother began to doubt their love so much . So they began to quarrel and their love began to crack, I see it from a distance of a thousand miles away, but I could do nothing.This helplessness and thoughts about my family made me begin to imagine how happy it was if I could be with them at the moment! So I made this story, using the camera as a medium, adding these insignificant but special daily life with my thoughts about family. The story is about the changing affection of a cameraman family. If there is no any feeling between the two of couple, even live together just like two separated heart. How can a broken heart become completed?

作品發想來自我對家人的思念。一個人從馬來西亞來到台灣唸書，最想念的是家鄉的一點一滴。爸爸是攝影師，所以看到相機就想起爸爸。相機也是儲存記憶的媒介，好像透過拍照就可以讓時間永遠停止在這一刻，所以我利用相機作為這次定格動畫的主要媒材。我認為定格動畫是一種非常適合表現親情的呈現方式，擁有特別真實的質感和溫度。於是這個故事誕生了，我利用相機作為媒介，將這些微不足道卻又如此特別的日常生活點滴，加入我對家溫暖的思念，通過相機人生活日常的變化，去詮釋一段破鏡重圓的親情。底片是存放回憶的介質，也是家族的情感物語。分崩離析的情感就算聚在一起也像分隔兩地，破碎的親情要如何縫補拼湊才能完整？
